JET-HOT offers many different coatings for all kinds of applications.  Our most popular and brightest finish is our EXTREME STERLING.   JET-HOT 2000 is used for your high temperature needs. We also offer COLOR COATINGS for parts that need to look stock, or just a little different.
EXTREME STERLING

EXTREME STERLING is our brightest looking finish, a highly polished aluminum.  This coating can withstand *skin temperatures up to 1,300ºF or **exhaust gas temperatures up to 1,700ºF.  It is a very low maintenance finish, easily cleaned with soap and water.  You can use any non-abrasive aluminum polish to bring out the shine if it ever gets dirty.  It will not turn blue or gold like chrome or stainless.  This coating works great on normally aspirated engines and any parts that need to have a show quality finish.

EXTREME STERLING can be applied to both inside and outside surfaces for better corrosion resistance, heat management and appearance.

*Outside surface temperature as measured by physical contact
**Internal gas flow temperature as measured by EGT sensor

JET-HOT 2000 is capable of very high temperatures.   It is available in black, grey or different colors and has a gritty and rough texture to it.  It can withstand higher temperatures than the EXTREME STERLING.  Some turbo applications see exhaust temps over the limit of EXTREME STERLING, so the JET-HOT 2000 will work better for those types of vehicles. This coating is only done in our Oklahoma City facility.

PISTON/FRICTION
This two step process provides a ceramic coating to the combustion face of the piston and a friction reducing dry film coating on the skirt.
MARINE
With the heat tolerance of 1,300ºF, this special formula includes a proprietary sealer to protect metals from corrosion in marine applications. This coating is gold in color.
