We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. If you have used the products consistently over the course of at least 30 days and are not happy with the results, seal up the remaining contents and a note indicating your contact information and the credit card used for the purchase, and mail the remainder to us at:

Once we receive the unused product in the mail we will promptly refund the product purchase price. Any and all returns must be received in our hands within 40 days from the purchase date. No refunds will be given after 40 days.
Packages which are returned due to an incorrect address will be compared to the information received on the order form. If the package was shipped to an incorrect address due to our mistake, we will ship the order out at no charge to the corrected address. If the returned package has the correct information as provided by the customer's order, additional shipping and handling charges will apply to get the package to you. If you decide you do not want us to reship, we will refund the product purchase price less the shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee. Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so via email or telephone by 11:00am Pacific Time on the next shipping day from the time your order is placed. Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday, Friday. All orders which are processed/charged and shipped but are subsequently cancelled without a timely notice, we will refund the difference of the product less any shipping fees required to get the package back and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
